The Oral Health Education Unit has produced various oral health information materials such as leaflets, brochures, posters and VCDs for free distribution to local organizations. At the moment, the oral health information materials are available in Chinese only. The equivalent English versions of the leaflets and brochures can be downloaded from the Toothclub, our homepage at here. The videos are in Chinese with English subtitle.

On-line request of education materials is fast and convenient. Responsible person of organizations can enter our oral health education website, the Toothclub, through www.toothclub.gov.hk and register as a recognized user. The organization will then receive their user ID and password. Users are requested to secure their user ID and password in order to facilitate their use of on-line services. Users may browse our on-line oral health information materials catalogue, select the requested materials and then request for these materials through the internet.

Users can call the Oral Health Information Hotline at 2713 6344 to request for the "Education Resources Order Form", or call us during office hour to request for the order form. After filling in the order form, please send it back to the Oral Health Education Unit by fax or by post. The fax number and the address are shown on the form. Please fill in the newest version of the "Education Resources Order Form" every time you request for information materials.

The information materials can be collected from our Unit 5 days after the application within three months. If users cannot collect their requested material during the allotted time, please inform us in advance for arrangements.

In order to provide more updated information materials, our Unit will continuously amend our information items. Please note that the distribution of amending items will be suspended.

Our Unit might need to adjust the amount of materials distributed due to our limited number of stock. To enquire on the out-of-stock items, please call the Distribution Group for details. If the item is available again, please submit another application. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Users can browse their records of requested materials anytime through the internet. Once the materials are collected, the record of this particular request will not be shown on the internet anymore.
