Your school can make your “Priority Online Application” during the “Designated Online Application Time Slot”, the details are as follows:

  1. According to the “Designated Online Application Time Slot”, and log in the Toothclub website, www.toothclub.gov.hk, then click “Online Services of Oral Health Education Division”. (Schools are only allowed to make online applications within their designated time slots, all applications will be accepted on first come first served basis within the same time slot)
  2. Enter your organization ID and password
  3. Click “Brighter Smiles Playland” to apply for a visit. (The main school and its branches must apply their applications individually)
  4. Each school is only allowed to make online applications within the designated time slot. If amendment of the reserved visitation date or session time is needed after the designated time slot, please log in the system to process the request on or after 10 July 2024 (9:00 am).
  5. Each school, when making its application, is required to enter the date, time of visitation and details of the school, such as the last name of the applicant, contact phone number, fax number, email address, number of participants, number of staff and accompanying persons, etc.
  6. The online visitation application should be completed within 20 minutes, otherwise, you need to log in again.
  7. After submitting the application, a confirmation notice will be issued to the school via email within 48 hours. Please verify the information at your earliest convenience and have it printed out for your record. You are required to produce the printed notice on the day of visitation.
  8. In the event of a red/black rainstorm warning signal or a typhoon signal number eight or above issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, the reservation system will continue to operate as usual. Schools can still proceed with priority online applications within their designated online application time slots.
  9. If a school is unable to log in to the "Brighter Smiles Playland" website of the Toothclub for online booking during their designated online application time slot, the school can log in once again during the next "designated online application time slot" to proceed with the application.
  10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the normal operation of the system, please stay tuned for further updates on the Toothclub website announcements.
